Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the Pilupu website and, once released, the Pilupu app. By using Pilupu you agree to them.
1. The service
Pilupu helps you create invitations for events, check the day's panchangam, manage guest lists, and send invitations and reminders by WhatsApp or as a link. Features may change as the product develops.
2. Your account
You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
3. Your content and your guests
- You keep ownership of the content you add, such as names, dates and venues. You give us permission to store it and show it to the guests you invite, so the service can work.
- You must only add guests who would reasonably expect to hear from you, and you must honor requests to stop contacting them.
- You must follow the terms and policies of any messaging service you use through Pilupu, including WhatsApp's.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Pilupu to send spam, harass anyone, share unlawful or hateful content, impersonate others, or interfere with the service or its security.
5. Panchangam and traditions
Panchangam information is calculated for planning convenience and is provided as guidance only. It is not religious, astrological or professional advice, and we do not guarantee that it matches every regional tradition or published almanac. Please confirm with your priest before making important decisions.
6. Third-party services
Pilupu works with services such as Apple, WhatsApp and map applications. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and message delivery depends on them.
7. Intellectual property
The Pilupu name, logo, templates, artwork and software belong to Pilupu or its licensors. You may use the templates to create invitations for your own events. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the templates or artwork on their own.
8. Disclaimers
Pilupu is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every message will be delivered or read.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Pilupu is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from missed, delayed or undelivered invitations, or from reliance on panchangam information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
10. Ending use
You may stop using Pilupu at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service or other people.
11. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continuing to use Pilupu after a change means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE OR COUNTRY]. Questions: [CONTACT EMAIL].
